Processing times & couriers
Orders are processed and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

All orders will be shipped by Australia Post, Standard Service only. Delivery times vary depending on your area. You may check estimates here.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at the moment.
Can my parcel be left on my doorstep if I am not at home?
Australia Post requires recipients to sign for packages by default.

However, if you would prefer to have your package left in a safe place such as your doorstep or letterbox, you can select the ATL (Authority To Leave) option at checkout. In the comments section at checkout, you also have the option to provide delivery instructions to be indicated on your package.

Please note that for Express Post, you cannot select 'signature required on delivery.’

Any packages marked ATL cannot be replaced if they go missing, so please bear in mind that this option is at your own risk.
How do I change my delivery address after I have placed my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot change any order information once your order has been processed. Please ensure the correct postcodes are entered and if you are in an office building, please add your company name to avoid your package being sent back to us.

Track, Click & Collect

I think my parcel might be missing. What can I do?
If your package has been stuck in transit for longer than expected, please let us know so we can lodge a 'missing package investigation' with Australia Post. Every missing package will be assigned a unique case number by Australia Post and can take up to 2-4 weeks to locate.

If the package was delayed due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the item should be returned to us. To have this package resent to the correct address, there will be a $15 postage fee.

I think I have had an allergic reaction, what do I do?
If you believe you have had an adverse or allergic reaction to a compounded prescription you have received from us, please discontinue use and contact us immediately.

In cases of emergency, please call 000 immediately.
Reactions will be assessed, documented and reported by our qualified naturopaths.
Faulty items
If you have received a prescription that has been damaged in transport, please email [email protected] with a description and photos of damaged items. 
How will I be refunded?

I want to purchase herbal iquids, why do I need a consultation?
In accordance with TGA dispensing requirements, all Artisanal Herbal Blends must be accompanied by a naturopathic consultation. This ensures that herbal medicines are made to order and customised to your bio-individuality, allowing you to achieve optimal outcomes.

Herbal Blends are dispatched within 48 hours of a completed consultation.
Why do Artisanal Herbal Blends | liquid herbs contain alcohol?
Alcohol acts as an excellent solvent for herbs that have many phytochemicals and have limited solubility in water. It is also an effective preservative for tinctures.
How do I book an online naturopathic appointment?

Do you offer face-to-face consultations?
No, we conduct sessions solely online. We’re passionate about making naturopathic care as accessible as possible to as many families as we can—servicing patients via TeleHealth allows us to do this.
What are the benefits of TeleHealth/online Naturopathic Consultations?
If the last two years have taught us anything, it is that staying connected with your healthcare professional beats delaying appointments only for your symptoms to worsen. We offer safe and secure TeleHealth/online Naturopathic Consultations, giving you access to premium healthcare from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are across Australia.

What is involved in a naturopathic consultation? What can I expect?
As soon as your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email with:

Detailed health questionnaire[s] to complete prior to your initial TeleHealth | ONLINE Naturopathic Consultation.

Please ensure to email back the completed forms to [email protected], at least 48 hours before your appointment. Accomplishing this pre-work on time and in full helps ensure that you get the most out of your session.

A Microsoft TEAMS invitation link for your TeleHealth | ONLINE Naturopathic Consultation. If phone, Facetime or Whatsapp is a preferred method of TeleHealth appointment, please request this in the comment section when securing your booking.

During your initial consultation, we will investigate symptoms that may have been overlooked or undiagnosed, from a holistic and bio-individual perspective.

We will identify your health goals, predisposing factors, triggers or triggering events, perpetuating factors, and clinical imbalances and explore the effects of lifestyle factors.

You will come away from your session armed with a clear strategy and priorities for the next steps in your road to recovery. This may include a prescription of herbal medicine and nutritional guidance to aid the management and reduction of symptoms.

Where clinically appropriate, you may be also referred to your GP or directly to diagnostic laboratories for functional testing to further investigate the root cause of your symptoms.
How long does each session run?
For maximum results, it is recommended that you initially book an intensive 45-minute Initial Breakthrough Consultation. This allows for a deep analysis of your health history. This session includes establishing a personalised treatment protocol targeting your specific set of symptoms and health concerns.

Post your initial session, depending on case complexity, you will have the freedom and flexibility to book a 5-minute Complimentary Consultation follow-up call OR a 30-minute Follow-Up Consultation for an in-depth review of pathology results and/or adjustment to your health care program.
What if my consultation goes over time?
We aim to make sessions as time-efficient as possible, but we also want to ensure we give you thorough, comprehensive care—for complex case management, this sometimes means needing longer sessions.

Each 15-minute increment beyond the scheduled consultation costs $59. You will be notified in session if we are about to go over time. If you choose to proceed, you will receive an invoice that is to be paid within 24 hours of your consultation.
How many sessions will it take for me to see results? How often should I schedule consultations?
On average, it takes around 6-8 sessions for our clients to reach their optimal health goals. Scheduling consultations every fortnight (or at least once a month) is ideal for maintaining momentum and ensuring steady progress. This means a total of roughly 12-18 weeks of naturopathic treatment to get on top of most chronic concerns.

However, it’s important to bear in mind that no two individuals are exactly alike. Bio-individuality is key—factors such as your medical history, lifestyle, and the severity of any imbalance in your body all have a role in determining how long it will take for you to experience a significant shift.
What if I book the consultation, and you are unable to help me or refer on?
A patient-centred approach is at the heart of what we do. If we are unable to provide the care that you or your family needs, we will connect you with a local practitioner and may refund your consultation fees in full, on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent our qualified Naturopaths from helping someone else in need.

Please provide 48 hours notice (during business hours). i.e. an appointment scheduled for 9 am Monday will need to be cancelled no later than 9 am Thursday morning.

Missed consultations or late cancellations without 48 hours' notice will incur the full consultation fee.
Are consultations covered by private health funds or Medicare?
With recent changes in government policies and health budgets, naturopathic consultations are no longer covered by private health funds. 
Unfortunately, naturopathy and some functional pathology testing (even if prescribed by your GP) are not currently covered by Medicare.
I’m interested in preventative interventions. Can you also help me?
Yes! Even if you aren’t experiencing any significant health issues, checking in with your naturopath once or twice a year is highly recommended. This helps mitigate the risk of any future health issues.

If you’re looking for targeted preventive measures, we also offer genetic testing. This helps highlight any medical vulnerabilities and allows us to develop a comprehensive preventative action plan based on the findings.
I’m interested in functional testing. Can I just purchase a test?
If you do not require interpretation of results, you are able to purchase functional testing through us is always accompanied by a required discovery call, absolutely FREE of charge.

We want to ensure that you maximize your outcomes, and this requires the proper understanding of your "health iceberg". As such, a full interpretation of the report will be covered in 45-minute Initial Breakthrough Consultation.
What are your qualifications?
Elina Ramsey, Principal Naturopath,  holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Naturopathic Studies) and is an accredited member of the Australian Traditional-Medicine Society holding appropriate practising licenses and insurance.

Yes, as long as you have a script from an external practitioner or a currently active plan with Holistic Sorores.

What’s the difference between your Corporate Wellness services and your other consultations?
Our Corporate Wellness Programs are delivered in partnership with companies, through sessions that are free to the individual.

Should employees wish to continue their journey and book additional consultations outside their company initiatives, they also have the option to do that independently.
