Code of Conduct

The purpose of a code of conduct is to promote safety and quality in the delivery of health services. It is also designed to provide health consumers with an understanding of their health service provider’s obligations, and the capacity to make a complaint should the health service breach these standards.

If you wish to make a complaint about the services you have received through Holistic Sorores, please contact us regarding our complaint process. We endeavour to practice in a safe, competent and ethical manner and appreciate any feedback you have for us regarding our services.
