Late Cancellation Policy

We value your time and are committed to providing the best service possible. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate the needs of all our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy. By scheduling an appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below:

  1. Appointment Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to find a suitable alternative appointment time. However, rescheduling is subject to availability.
  2. Late Cancellation Fee: Should you need to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours' notice, a late cancellation fee will apply. This fee is set at 50% of the total booking cost and is intended to compensate for the time that was reserved for you, which could have been allocated to another client in need of services.
  3. Missed Appointments: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a missed appointment. In such cases, a missed appointment fee will be charged, equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
  4. Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur, leading to last-minute cancellations. In the event of a genuine emergency, we request you to inform us as soon as possible, and we will handle the situation with empathy and understanding.
  5. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via phone or email at the earliest convenience. If you reach out during non-business hours, kindly leave a voicemail or send an email, and we will respond as soon as possible.
  6. Discretionary Waiver: In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, we may waive the late cancellation or missed appointment fee if there is evidence of genuine hardship or unforeseen events beyond your control. However, such waivers are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
