If phone, Facetime or Whatsapp is a preferred method of TeleHealth appointment, please request this in the comment section when securing your booking.

During your initial consultation, we will investigate symptoms that may have been overlooked or undiagnosed, from a holistic and bio-individual perspective.

We will identify your health goals,  predisposing factors, triggers or triggering events, perpetuating factors, and clinical imbalances and explore the effects of lifestyle factors.

You will be armed with a clear strategy and priorities for the next steps in your road to recovery. This may include a prescription of herbal medicine and nutritional guidance to aid the management and reduction of symptoms. 

Where clinically appropriate, you may be also referred to your GP or directly to diagnostic laboratories for functional testing to further investigate the root cause of your symptoms.

Upon the completion of a FREE 5-minute Dispensing Consult, you will receive an email with a link to purchase your therapeutic remedies.
Please note that due to current circumstances, all deliveries should arrive within 3-4 business days of placing the order.
*Depending on your particular case- we may request a copy of the naturopathic script previously prescribed by external practitioners.

For maximum results, it is recommended that initially,  you book an intensive 45-minute Initial Breakthrough Consultation for a deep analysis of your health history.  This session includes establishing a personalized treatment protocol targeting your specific set of symptoms and health concerns.

Depending on your case complexity, you will have the freedom and flexibility to book a 5-minute Complimentary Consultation follow-up call OR a 30-minute Follow-Up Consultation for an in-depth review of pathology results or an adjustment to your health care program.

On average it takes around 6-8 sessions to reach the optimal health goals of our clients. 

A patient-centered approach is at the heart of what we do- if we are unable to provide care that you or your family needs, we may connect you with a local practitioner and refund your consultation fees in full. 

We charge an additional $59 per 15-minute consultation increment. You will be notified in session if we are about to go over time. If you choose to proceed, you will receive an invoice, that is to be paid within 24 hours of your consultation.
