Logistics

After your naturopathic consultation, you may be prescribed functional testing to investigate what might be the root cause of your symptoms. Once you have purchased the functional test, you will receive a testing kit with a return paid postage direct to the laboratory in an Overnight Courier bag for time-sensitive tests.
The samples will be dispatched via a biological courier to local and international partnering laboratories.
Alternatively, you may be required to visit your local Laverty Pathology or Australian Clinical Labs for a deposit of your requested [ stool, blood or urine] sample.

You will be notified via email as soon as your results are ready.

Preparation

Patients collect just four or five dried urine samples over a 24-hour period.

Testing Timeline

The standard turnaround time for this test up to 23 business days: ⌬Return postage of samples to lab headquarters: 1-7 business days. ⌬Lab processing: 1-2 days. Samples are forwarded to the labs overseas every Tues & Thurs. ⌬Delivery to international lab: 2-4 days. Samples are sent via certified biological courier in a temperature-controlled environment. ⌬Results: 7-10 days. Clients are notified by email as soon as results become available.
