- Missed Appointments: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be considered a missed appointment. In such cases, a missed appointment fee will be charged, equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
- Emergency Situations: We understand that emergencies can occur, leading to last-minute cancellations. In the event of a genuine emergency, we request you to inform us as soon as possible, and we will handle the situation with empathy and understanding.
- How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please contact us via phone or email at the earliest convenience. If you reach out during non-business hours, kindly leave a voicemail or send an email, and we will respond as soon as possible.
- Discretionary Waiver: In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, we may waive the late cancellation or missed appointment fee if there is evidence of genuine hardship or unforeseen events beyond your control. However, such waivers are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
