Discretionary Waiver: In exceptional circumstances, at our discretion, we may waive the late cancellation or missed appointment fee if there is evidence of genuine hardship or unforeseen events beyond your control. However, such waivers are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
