Logistics

After purchasing the Functional Test, an instruction kit will be sent to your home. Please bring the instruction kit with you to your local collection centre for a blood draw. Once you have obtained the sample, use the supplied Reply-Paid Express Post package to send it back to the specified address, as detailed in the instruction kit.
